I've downloaded bank feeds. Now, when I try to match any deposit/payment against any invoice/sales receipt/bill, I can see all open invoice/sales receipt/bills (which are unmatched/unrecognized) from the 'Match' tab in 'Action'.
But, unfortunately I cannot see those open invoice/sales receipt/bills in Income tracker/Bill tracker for past 3-4 months. Why is that the case?
Hi there, @dhavalkakadiya.
Let's get your past transactions to show in the Match to Existing Transactions window so you can match them to your downloaded bank transactions.
It's possible that the date range was set to Last 30 days that's why your past transactions aren't showing. You'll want to make sure that you toggle the Show all button to see them. Here's how:
I'm adding this article for more details: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

Hey Mark
Thanks for the reply.
The issue is about not able to see open invoices/bills in Income & Bill tracker. I would urge you to look at original post properly. I'm already aware about the steps you mentioned.
This is not the impression we want you to experience when using the forms template. Let's perform some steps to get this sorted out, dhavalkakadiya.
There may be a damaged data on the company file you've been working with. This prevents you from accessing the open invoices/bills in Income & Bill tracker when matching any deposit/payments. We can run the Rebuild Data tool is built-in to fix any company file data issues. Just follow the steps and detail in the Fix data damage on your QuickBooks Desktop company file article. We can also repair your QuickBooks Desktop to fix any damaged components in the software.
If the same thing happens, let's try using the Web connect (.QBO) files to download the open invoice/sales receipt/bills for the past 3-4 months. The (.QBO) files can be downloaded and saved on your computer. Then, import the transactions so they become available in your Bank Feeds. If your bank offers Web Connect, just follow the steps below:

Just to confirm, Is it possible that I see some open invoices/bills in the tracker tab but not all?
I believe I am witnessing such a situation.
Hi dhavalkakadiya!
Thanks for getting back to us. Let me share additional info about the trackers.
All invoices and bills should show in the Income and Bill Tracker regardless if they are paid or not. We just need to make sure that we filter them correctly, like the date, transaction type, and status.
If you haven't yet, I suggest running the rebuild tool as suggested by RCV. You may also QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub to fix company file issues. These are the articles for your reference:
