Transactions already reconciled don't need a matching entry to avoid messing up your bank account balance for future reconciliation. You can ignore this downloaded transaction to remove it from your bank feeds. Let me show you how.
- Go to Banking.
- Select Bank Feeds.
- Click Bank Feeds Center.
- Under BANK ACCOUNTS, select your bank account.
- On the Account Information section, select Transaction List.
- Put a checkmark on the transaction in question.
- Select Batch Actions.
- Click Ignore.
