Missing 2018 June and July bank transactions

I am missing a full month of bank transactions from 6/13/2018  - 7/11/2018 in my Quickbooks.  I updated the bank connection at least 10Xs and the updates states "DONE", but those transactions are still missing.  I checked those dates from my online banking and those months statements showed many transactions that weren't recorded in Quickbooks.  Unfortunately, I can't download those bank transactions in a file to upload to Quickbooks because my online banking does not support downloading of transactions prior to September 2018.

What can I do?  How do I input those bank transactions manually or is there a better way to get those missing bank transactions into my Quickbooks?

Missing 2018 June and July bank transactions

Hello there, ToofBoss.

I'm glad you've reached out to us. Allow me to help ensure you're be able to retrieve the missing transactions bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The transactions downloaded to QBO is dependent on the data provided by your bank's website. In this case, you'll need to download the missing bank transactions manually from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks using the WebConnect.

Please check this article to learn more about Webconnect feature: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions

Additionally, once the transactions already uploaded, you can add or match them to existing QBO transactions. This will ensure you'll be able to see them during the reconciliation.

For additional reference, you can check this article on how to reconcile accounts.

If you need further assistance with the steps, I recommend calling our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and a secure environment and do a remote session.
