Missing Bank reconciliations in quickbooks desktop 2019

I'll help you find out what's causing the reconciliations to be missing and how we can retrieve it. Let's start by checking into the Audit Trail Report to verify any activities.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports > Accountant & Taxes > Audit Trail.
2. Select the Date.

If you see no changes on the Audit Log report, I'd like to verify, did you recently restored a back up copy of your company file? It's possible that a wrong or outdated back up was restored.
