I know it can be challenging when you're unable to see your deposits, @kunakey. I'm here to help you get this resolved.
Your payments may be deposited incorrectly in QuickBooks. To resolve this, I'd suggest deleting the transactions in your Undeposited Funds account. Then, let's deposit them to the correct one.
Here's how:
- Proceed to Settings ⚙️.
- Choose Chart of Accounts.
- Find the account in the Chart of Accounts.
- From the Action column, click View register.
- Select the deposit, and choose Edit to open it.
- Make a note of all the payments in the deposit, or select Print from your browser menu to print a copy of the entire page for easy reference.
- Select More, then choose Delete.
Once done, re-enter the deposit with the updated one:
- Click +New.
- Under Other choose Bank Deposit.
- Select the Date and add all the payments that were on the original deposit, including the payment with the updated name.
- Choose Save and Close.
