My account is under the name "[removed]". My intuit account is not right. It seems hat you have my account as cancelled but I'm paying monthly! How can I fix this?

I have a self employed account (free) and a business account for [removed] that I thought I was paying monthly for but you have that account as cancelled!

I recognize the importance of having your business account up and running again. Let me point you in the right direction to straighten out the issue.


Account-related concerns require the collection of personal data to access your subscription. This process helps us identify why your business account is canceled.


For security reasons, I recommend you get in touch with our QBSE Care Team. They can review your billing information in a secure space and provide a real-time solution to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Press the Assistant icon to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Then, key in the issue in the Type something box. For example, subscription concerns.
  3. Click the I still need a human button to display the support options: Message an agent or Get a Callback.
