For security reasons, I recommend you get in touch with our QBSE Care Team. They can review your billing information in a secure space and provide a real-time solution to resolve the issue.
- Press the Assistant icon to open the QB Assistant window.
- Then, key in the issue in the Type something box. For example, subscription concerns.
- Click the I still need a human button to display the support options: Message an agent or Get a Callback.
