Your account will be cancelled if the system wasn't able to bill the credit card on file successfully, Julio. 

We can update your billing information and resubscribe the plan. Here's how to do it:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab and go to the QuickBooks section.
  3. Click Resubscribe and enter the updated billing information.
  4. Select Subscribe.

After that, you'll need to check the Next charge date. It should show the present date. You can also refer to this article for more information: How to Resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
