My account tried to delete my previous months reconciliation. When he did that it removed a year on my reconciliations. Is there a way to go back to reset an hour before

For your exact situation, not unless you are already using QBO Advanced and using the Online Backup feature (Formally Chronobooks).

This feature allows you to restore your QBO file to a previous state.  But, if you aren't currently using it, then unfortunately for this reconcile and deletion issue it won't help.
