I can see the convenience of linking your bank account and having your transactions synced with QuickBooks, @jenniferduffinsc. I’m here to help you figure things out and provide a workaround for this issue.
I’d like to know the complete error message you encountered when connecting your financial institution to the program. If you meant the 105 website unavailable, then we have an in-progress report about the bank or account site being down for maintenance. That’s why you’re unable to connect to it.
Please know that our team is actively working to get a fix. You’ll want to reach out to our Support Team to link your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be able to get updates as well as learn when a solution is available. Take note of our support hours so we can address your concerns on time.
In the meantime, you can manually import your transactions via .CSV file. This is formatted specifically for the program. See this article for more details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
