I've got some troubleshooting steps that we can perform to get this issue sorted out and get you back on track.
You can try to toggle the connection on your device. If it's connected to Wifi, turn it off and use cellular data. If you're utilizing the cellular data, connect to Wifi. This is to identify if the problem has something to do with the connection and changing toggling it can easily fix this matter.
However, if the issue persists, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh its connection. The stored data on the application can be the reason behind the glitch that you've experienced. Know that all the information stored before uninstalling the app will remain.
To uninstall:
- Hold or long pres the QuickBooks Self-Employed icon.
- Press on the (x) and select yes to uninstall.
To install:
- Go to the Play or App store.
- Search for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- Click on Install.
When logging back in, please make sure to use the same login credentials with your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
