My app won't let me review my transaction

We'd want to make sure that you're able to review and categorize your transactions in the mobile app, jakesautomotive3.

 

I'd also like to ask if there's an error or what exactly happens when you're doing the task? This is for us to determine the cause of the issue and prevent this happening again. In the meantime, let's refresh the app to remove any cache that might have prevented you from reviewing the transactions.  

 

Follow these steps if you're using an iOS device:

 

  1. Go to the main Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data. You will receive a message that says  “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  3. Select Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Go to the main Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

Just in case you're still getting the same issue, you might need to temporarily uninstall the app. Just press and hold the app and tap the Remove App or X button. 

 

Then, reinstall it by following the steps in this article: How to Download the QuickBooks Online Mobile App.
