My bank account has not updated since 11/30/21 and I cannot get it to update manually. Any advice?

Not to worry, I'll help you get those missing transactions into QBO, marenmaggiemegha.

 

Can you let me know which bank account you're trying to update? Are you receiving a specific error message when attempting to update your bank? These information will help me determine if other users are having the same issue.

 

In the meantime, you can upload the transactions manually to ensure the account is up-to-date. Download the data from your bank, then map the transactions in the following supported formats or file types:
 

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)
