I have exactly the same problem. BUT clearing the cache did not solve it.
30 days the bank feed was mistakenly turned off...but turned on 4 days later. It is still on and connected just fine.
The error in 'Accounting', 'Reconcile' is: Connected accounts are easier to reconcile: Connect Now

Try open your QBO account on incognito/private browser and redo the process. If the same error persists and your bank supports SlickConnect, utilize the trial period of it to isolate the issue.
