Since you're not receiving any errors, I suggest the following article as it contains steps to fix a banking connection: What to do if bank transactions won’t download

 

Should the connection still not update after following the steps in the article, please let me know. It would also be helpful to know the name of the financial institution, so I can check to see if other users have reported this.
