The downloaded bank transactions recorded in your account's register depends on the information your bank shared with QuickBooks. You can review each of your transaction' details and compare it with your bank statement.
You can run the Transactions Details by Account report. This report displays lists of individual transactions, subtotaled by each account on your chart of accounts.
Go to the Reports menu.
Choose Accountant & Taxes.
Select the Transaction Detail by Account.
Click the CustomizeReport button.
From the Filter tab, locate Account.
Go to the Account drop-down menu.
Pick the account you're having an issue with.
Choose the Refresh button.
If the transactions' list is correct but it's still showing an incorrect balance, let's isolate your concern by performing verify and rebuild. This will fix any errors or damage related to your chart of accounts.
