I understand that you can log in to your bank. We still need to make sure that they aren't on system maintenance or any system issue. That can cause connection errors between your bank and QuickBooks Online. You'll want to check if there's an alert or notification since you can log in.
We can also do a manual download. From the Banking or Transactions menu, go to the Banking tab, and select Update.

In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. All you need is a file from your bank that we can import.
