Hello there, Jizuminakamoto53.

I'll walk you on how to upload the file. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking, then go to the Banking tab.
  2. Click the Update drop-down arrow, then choose File upload.
  3. Click Browse, choose the qbo file, then click Next.
  4. Under QuickBooks Account, click the Select Account drop-down arrow, then choose the bank.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Map the fields, then click Next.
  7. Choose the transactions to import, then click Next.
  8. You'll receive a message, "QuickBooks will import transactions using the fields you chose. Do you want to import now?", click Yes.
  9. Click Let's go!

I've got an article handy for future reference: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.
