My bank is linked to QB online , and has been for many years. It is also successfully updating in register, but not on 'banking' .

I have tried unlinking and linking again, any other suggestions?

Hi carthaycir,

 

If your bank register has been updated, it means you are receiving updates from your bank. Please check them out in the Categorized section on the Banking page.

 

This scenario happens if you have a Bank Rule that is set to automatically accept transactions if they meet the set conditions. As a result, those transactions will no longer show up in the For Review section, but you can find them in the Categorized section.

 

Lastly, you can check the Rules tab to review your list of bank rules.

Hello Jess, Not sure I made myself clear.  In my register, I do see uploads from the bank.  However on banking page it shows that there is nothing in my account (there is).  In addition another of my accounts, simply disappeared all together, and I can't link it back again to the bank.

I'd be happy to help you perform some troubleshooting steps to fix any bank connection issues. But first, I'd like to know if you have received any error messages when doing some tasks on the Banking page so that I can identify the best way to fix it.

 

Regarding your first concern, I'd recommend clicking the Update button to refresh the bank connection and display all the transactions that was stuck in between. I've added a screenshot for your reference:

 

 

If you're still not able to see the bank transactions, you may need to do the possible fix below:

 

  • Update the Bank account information on the Banking page if you've made some changes in your bank website.
  • Reconnect your accounts using your bank's URL when finding the Bank's name.
