This may be a browser-related issue, @userpaula.
To fix this, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private mode. Private browser prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running websites.
Here are the shortcut keys you can use:
- Google Chrome: click Ctrl+ Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl+ Shift + P
- Safari: hit Command+ Shift + N
Once signed in, attempt to delete the deposit again.
If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
You can also manually add transactions to your QBO account through a CSV file. For the detailed steps, please open this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Then, to review each downloaded transactions, you have to categorize and match them into QBO.
Please know that you can always post here if you have questions about deleting transactions in QuickBooks. I want to ensure your success. Thanks for coming to the Community and take care.
