My Bank Reconciliation won't print. Page is blank.

I'd be glad to lend a hand so you're able to print your reconciliation report.


As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the browser cache. The cache hangs on to data to make loading web pages quicker. If the cache becomes too full, it can actually have an adverse effect and cause viewing and performance errors in QuickBooks Online. Clearing it will force the system to refresh and get everything back up and running. Here's how to do this in Chrome, for example:


1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.

3. Change the time range to All Time.

4. Only check Cached images and files.

5. Click Clear data.

If the problem persists, your Adobe Reader may need to be updated or re-installed.
