My bank register is not showing all transactions but the transactions do show up in reports.

Hi there, @mcpowerwashing.

I'm here to help you make the bank transactions show on your bank register page.

Over time the accumulated data in your browser will become outdated and will cause odd behaviors to any online program. Let's perform the browser troubleshooting steps to eliminate any data-related issues.

You can begin by logging in to your QuickBooks company using a private browser. Check the Bank register if you're able to see the bank transactions. If it's there, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If it's not, use another supported browser to check if you can see it there.

You may refer to the shortcut keys on accessing an incognito browser below:

  • Safari: + Option +
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

I've included this article in case you're ready to assess your business financials: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. This contains a video tutorial for additional reference on how to reconcile.

You can always tag my name in the comment section if you need any help with QuickBooks. I'm here to help you. Take care.
