Over time the accumulated data in your browser will become outdated and will cause odd behaviors to any online program. Let's perform the browser troubleshooting steps to eliminate any data-related issues.
You can begin by logging in to your QuickBooks company using a private browser. Check the Bank register if you're able to see the bank transactions. If it's there, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If it's not, use another supported browser to check if you can see it there.
You may refer to the shortcut keys on accessing an incognito browser below:
- Safari: ⌘ + Option + P
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
