Some banks have schedules for data transmission, some sync daily, while others have a 2–3 day lag over weekends. I recommend contacting them to clarify their process, as QuickBooks is a receiving portal only.
In the meantime, update your bank connection by clicking the refresh icon to force a sync. This will manually trigger a data pull. If that doesn't work in the app, switch to a mobile browser and click Refresh All to determine if the issue is app-specific.
Additionally, you have the option to manually upload your transactions using a CSV file to keep your records up to date. Just a quick heads-up, if you go this route, those same transactions might download automatically once the sync is fixed. You’ll just want to keep an eye out so you can exclude any duplicates.
