Online banking is one of the most important features of the program. Allow me to help to make sure you have all your banking transactions in QBO, marketing8.

I'd also like to ask what you mean by "not automatically action". Are you getting an error when importing the transactions?  We're asking these questions to ensure that we give you the most accurate and relevant information to make sure you can upload the transactions successfully.

While waiting for your response, I'd like to share some general troubleshooting steps that can resolve common issues when manually uploading transactions in QBO.

First, make sure to use the acceptable file format. Let me share this article as a guide: Format CSV Files In Excel To Get Bank Transactions Into QuickBooks.

If you're getting an error message that says " We were unable to upload the file. Please start over and re-select the file you want to upload." This means that your upload timed out. If that's the case, you just need to wait a few minutes and upload it again.

Next, hover your mouse over the error if you can see a message that says "Bank Error or (Error)" This will let you see an explanation and your financial institution's contact info. Most of the time, these issues need to be fixed on your bank's end.

Lastly, common browser and technical issues cause hiccups or unexpected results when doing online banking in QBO. If that's the case, follow these general troubleshooting steps to sort it out:

  1. Use a private/incognito browsing session or restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.

Please don't hesitate to post any follow-up questions or new inquiries when uploading transactions, adding categories to them, and performing general bookkeeping tasks in QBO. The entire QuickBooks Team is here to help and ensure a smooth online banking experience in the program.

@marketing8

Another option, use MT Online or one of the converter tools with a one time license (e.g csv2qbo @ $60) as a workaround.
