My bank transactions has stop updating my bank transactions a few days ago. I already tried clicking the update button, and tried in incognito as well. any advise?

Let me help you with your bank transactions. Sometimes when transactions aren’t updating, the best course of action is to disconnect and then reconnect. Let me walk you through how:

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu. Then select the Banking tab.
2. Select the tile for the bank account.
3. Select the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
4. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox

If your bank supports SlickConnect, utilize the trial period of it to isolate the issue.
