My banking portal will not load. It just spins. What should I do I need to work on my reconciliation?

I've reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and can confirm there's currently no record of an issue with the banking page not loading. I decided to check it out myself in our test drive account.
Everything loaded fine for me. Here's an image showing my experience:
Since you're unable to load your page successfully after clicking the Banking tab, I'd recommend checking your browsing application. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. You can open a private window and try repeating the same process to see if it works.

In the event you're still unable to access it after troubleshooting, you'll want to contact our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
You can reach out to them while signed in.
Here's how: 1. Click the Help (?) icon. 2. Choose Contact Us.
3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk. 4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Start messaging or Get a call.
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
