If the bank fees are showing in your bank statement but not in QuickBooks, we can manually update your bank. To do that, just go to Banking Center, choose an account, then click the Refresh button.
If they're still not showing, let's wait for at least 24 hours to have them synced in QuickBooks. Also, you'll want to manually upload them in QuickBooks by using the import WebConnect file feature.
If they're syncing after 24 hours and your done uploading them through WebConnect, you can removethe duplicated transactions. To do that, please refer to this article on how to remove the duplicate transactions.
