Re: My BMW Credit Card can't be recognized through bank fees - what do I do?

Hi there, marfmr0701.

If the bank fees are showing in your bank statement but not in QuickBooks, we can manually update your bank. To do that, just go to Banking Center, choose an account, then click the Refresh button.

If they're still not showing, let's wait for at least 24 hours to have them synced in QuickBooks. Also, you'll want to manually upload them in QuickBooks by using the import WebConnect file feature.

If they're syncing after 24 hours and your done uploading them through WebConnect, you can remove the duplicated transactions. To do that, please refer to this article on how to remove the duplicate transactions.

Feel free to get back to me if you need more help.

BMW credit card does not seem to be associated with a bank. It offers QIF.  Then I go to bank feeds to import And it doesn’t work. Goes to set up bank feed

Hi there, marfmr0701.

Currently, importing QIF files is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. Though, there are third party applications that can help you convert the QIF file into a supported file version (.QBO).

You can get and download the application the web or by visiting this site: https://desktop.apps.com/home.
