I’ll help you determine, @buzz4.

You can use the Audit log to track all activities done in your QuickBooks Online account. It has the ability to show 150 records. This way, you’ll know what the changes are, who modified them, and what they did.

QBO records the user's name, the type of the event, the date and amount. It also keeps the name of any customer or vendor related to the change.

Let me show you the steps to do it:

  1. Select the Gear icon located at the right top.
  2. Choose Audit log under Tools.
  3. Click on the Filter tab then select the necessary details.
  4. Mark the Reconciliation, Time events and etc.
  5. Select the right account.
  6. Once done, click Apply.
  7. Hit View to open the audit history.

You might want to check this article to learn what else the audit log can do: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

You can also run a reconciliation report to view your beginning, ending balances, cleared, and uncleared transactions during that period. QBO automatically generates a report for the reconciled account. Please use this as reference: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?

I’ll be here anytime if you have other queries regarding QuickBooks. Have a great day.
