My canvas credit union business account will not load with my QuickBooks

Did you receive an error when trying to refresh the downloaded transaction or it just doesn't show any latest ones? We can manually update your bank to see if the recent available transactions will download.
Go to Banking page.
Select the bank.
At the upper-right, click Update.
If asked, enter the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
Usually, when a user encounters unexpected behavior, such as connecting to bank accounts, performing some basic troubleshooting steps is one way of fixing the issue. Stored cache or an outdated browser can be the reason why you're getting the error message.
Let's start with accessing your QuickBooks account through a private browsing window. This will help us determine if this is a browser-related issue since this mode doesn't save site data and cache files. You can press Ctrl + Shift + N for Safari, Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox, and Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome web browser.
Once you're connected, let's try to connect your bank account again. If we're able to successfully connect it, we'll have to go back to your normal browser and perform a clear cache to clean up your system. Doing this process will also improve system performance.
