Utilizing the Update button helps QuickBooks to download recent bank transactions.
Since nothing works when doing it, I'd recommend checking if there's an on-going maintenance on your bank's website. This is one of the reasons why you didn't receive any bank transactions.
Also, you can manually upload the bank transactions using the CSV file to include the transactions that are not included in your bank feed yet. First, download transactions from your bank by logging in to your bank's website. Let me know if you have follow-up questions. I'll be right here to continue to help you. Also, I'd encourage you to include your bank's name so we can check it further. Take care and stay safe always.
Hi userawessel,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the bank connection you had earlier. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
