My client has started noticing that their AMEX credit card feed is sometimes not pulling in transactions. Does anyone know why this might be occurring? Thank you.

I'm here to help check why your client's American Credit Card is sometimes not pulling in transactions.

 

First, you can have your client update their bank manually. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on Banking at the left pane.                                                        
  2. On the Banking page, select Update. QuickBooks Online updates all of your connected bank and credit card accounts. If you only want to update some accounts, select the unwanted ones to exclude them from the update and select Update now.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
