My credit card deposits aren't being deposited, even though it says they are

Thanks for checking with us about your credit card deposits, zebross79.

 

Depending on your bank, the deposit could take up to 30 minutes. You will receive an email once the funds have been successfully deposited. Furthermore, if you are a new user, we will deposit your first payment set within 5 business days. 

 

Also, we can accept requests before 3 p.m. PT to receive your money the same day. We process any remaining payments at the normal rate after 3 p.m. PT. You can make a request 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

 

We can check your current deposit speed in QuickBooks Online's Payments section. Here's how it's done:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

If you haven't received the funds within the time frame specified, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support so they can check the status of your deposits.
