My credit card transaction are missing from 1/16/21 to 10/16/21. How do I get them to show up?

Let me help you go over to your account and have those missing transactions show up on your QuickBooks Self-Employed, bluereenie.

You can manually import the missing the transactions into QuickBooks using a CSV file format. See the steps below to complete the process.

  1. Click the Gear icon icon and choose Imports.
  2. Select Import older transactions on the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
  3. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
  4. Select Import.

Also, I'm adding these helpful articles for ideas about categorizing your transactions after managing your bank accounts.

If you need more help with importing your bank transactions, please let me know. I'd be happy to help.

Explore MT Online as a workaround to import the past data.
