My credit card transactions are not showing up in Quick Books. I have updated all accounts this morning, but it is still not showing transactions for the credit card. Paypal and bank transactions are up to date. Why is the credit card not updating?

I appreciate you for trying the basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Since the transactions still don't show up, I would like to know the name of your credit card account. This way, I can gather enough details and check for any open investigations.

 

Just in case your bank made some changes to your account and see a message "Your Bank is making a change", you must reconnect the account so QuickBooks continues to download your credit card transactions.
