Hi lnelson1,

You'll have to import or upload bank transactions from an earlier date through a web browser. This way, QuickBooks Online (QBO) downloads bank data for more than 90 days. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the bank's website and log in to your account.
  2. Find the statement or transactions you want to bring into QBO.
  3. Download the file and save it to your computer.
  4. Then, sign in to QBO.
  5. From the Banking page, click on the File Upload button.
  6. On the Import accounts page, click on the Browse button and select the saved file. Then, choose Next.
  7. Map your data and click on Next.
  8. Once done mapping, select Next and choose Import.

You can also check out this article to know more about manually importing transactions into QBO: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you can now match and categorize transactions in QBO.
