Key Bank recently made a change requiring customers to allow QuickBooks to gather information from them. If you are unable to get your Key Bank account to connect in QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self-Employed you may need to enable “Third Party Access” with Key Bank. 

 

Enable third party access

 

  1. Login to Key Bank online banking
  2. Scroll down to Password and Security
  3. Turn Third Party Access on
  4. Confirm your selection
