Hi userhmoore102875. Thanks for reaching out to the community. It's always nice to have new members. To answer the question though, first, if you're getting a specific error code head over the article on what to do if you see a bank error code.
You can also try to force an update. Here's how:
- Select the Banking tab on the left
- Now select the bank account that isn't updating
- In the top right corner select the Update button
If this doesn't work you can try reconnecting the bank feed. To do that, check out the article on troubleshooting issues with Banks Feeds in QuickBooks Online. If this doesn't work for some reason, there may be an issue with the bank. Reach out to your bank, and if nothing is wrong on their end reach out to the QuickBooks Phone support team so an agent can look further into the issue for you. You can find an up to date number at the Intuit Suppor page.
If for some reason the issue isn't able to be resolved immediately, you can also manually upload the transactions with a CSV file. Here's the article on importing transactions with a CSV file.
