It sounds like you've had the promotional discount, and the discount rolled off on your agreed to date, and now you're getting the regular pricing for the product. You'd need to contact our customer service team as they have the tools available to review your account details to see if your eligible for a discount. I've included the steps below to contact support.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click Help (?) at the top right.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
