Welcome to the QuickBooks family, @GAHN.

I can get this fixed for you in no time. Before we start, I need to gather more information about the name of your bank.

Any additional details you can provide will help me check any ongoing issues reported by other users. While waiting for the details, I suggest importing your bank transactions manually via WebConnect.

It allows you to download your bank statements in specific formats (CSV, QBO, or QFX) from your bank's website and upload them to QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card’s website.
  2. Follow your bank instructions for how to download transactions to your computer (other banks call this WebConnect).
  3. Make sure the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions and choose a file path somewhere, like your desktop.

Once done, proceed with uploading the file to your QuickBooks account. Please follow these steps:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Select the bank account.
  3. Click the Update option, then select File upload

Additionally, here are some helpful references that you can check out about the WebConnect process, as well as fixing bank upload errors:

If you have additional questions or concerns while working in QBO, leave a comment below. I’ll be happy to help you out.
