There are a couple possible reasons why they're not syncing, ginobuoni.
It's possible that the app you have in your mobile phone is a different app from the program that you have in your computer.
Please use this link when logging in from your computer: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/.
Then, make sure that you've installed the correct app in your mobile device. Let me share this link with you: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails?shortName=qbo-mobile&.
Aside from that, it's also possible that you have two accounts with two separate User IDs under the same email. Please click the I forgot my user ID or Password link in the login page.
That will you send you an email with a list of all accounts that are associated to your email. Please log in to all of them to verify which is the correct account.
