My present connection with my US bank accounts will end and will need to be updated. When I try to update with US bank, QB says that it didn't go through.

When I click update, I am sent to login with Us Bank, make my selections then submit...that's when QB says, sorry!

Let me help with your Online Banking concern, heritageagtc.

 

Can you share with us exact error message that you're getting after clicking the Submit button? There are time that cache issues in your browser can can cause banking errors in QuickBooks Online. 

 

To check if that's the case, let me share some steps with you. 

 

First, open an incognito or private browsing session. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window:

 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari

 

Once logged back in, try to log back in and go back to the Banking menu. Then, click the Update button and log in to the US Bank website and see if you're able to complete the update.
