Please note that QuickBooks only downloads the most recent 90 days of transactions. If you're missing transactions for the entire year, review your account's history to check the missing entries.
If your annual bank data import is missing two months, you can manually import transactions for those specific months. Here's how:
- Log in to your bank’s online banking and download the missing transactions as a CSV, QBO, or OFX file.
- Open QuickBooks, then go to the Profile icon and select Bank Accounts.
- Click Import Transactions next to the bank account that is missing data.
- Upload the file you downloaded from your bank, and follow the on-screen instructions to Import.
