My Quickbooks online is freezing on the main page and will not show deposits. Also instant deposits are taking three days to deposit. Anyone else experiencing this.

When using any online platforms, please note that the browser's cache can become filled and cause issues, such as freezing your QBO main page and not showing your deposits. To help you with this, I recommend accessing QBO in a private or incognito browsing mode. This method helps optimize your computer's performance and free up storage space, allowing for smoother and more seamless operations.


See these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P


If done, log in to your QBO account to check the deposits. If you can see them, consider
clearing your browser's cache to improve performance and minimize technical issues. Exploring other supported browsers can also be beneficial.


Regarding your instant deposits, submitting requests before 3:00 PM PT is highly recommended to ensure same-day processing. After this time, we process any remaining payments the next day. Deposit times can also vary due to delays from third-party services.
