My test transaction keeps saying declined but it says approved on my bank app, can someone help me

I’m using debit card to pay the $5 and as soon as I submit it it says $5 transaction on my bank but then says it wasn’t processed on the invoice.

If everything is fine and there is no discrepancies after checking the information, I recommend you contact our payments support for further assistance and to further investigate into why the invoice isn't processing as expected.

  2. Select the Search tab and enter your concern.
