Hello @iamamomof5,

You'll have to export the missing transactions from your bank and then import them to QBSE. Let me guide you through how.

To export:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. Prepare to download your transactions through a CSV file.
  3. Set a date range and then follow the instructions that will guide you through the rest.

To import:

  1. Open QBSE in a web browser. Then, go to Gear and Imports.
  2. Choose the account you want to add the transactions into. Then, select Import older transactions.
  3. Tick Browse and choose the location of your exported file. Hit Open to start the import.
  4. Review the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CVS to match with QBSE.
  5. Click Continue to complete the import.

You can check this click to read the details about adding older transactions.

Once done, you'll want to review and categorize your transactions to bring them into your accounts.

If you have other questions about QBSE transaction, please let me know. I'd be glad to assist you some more. Thanks you for reaching out to us today. Have great day.
