My transactions are missing from my bank. I have thru May 2021 and then they resume in November 2021. Any reason? or How can I get them?

Thanks for visiting the Community space, Tracy620.

Let me help you get the transactions.

QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest transactions every night. When transactions are missing, there might an issue with the connection or your bank may be doing some maintenance update.

You'll want to try updating your bank by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Click the Banking tab.
  3. Select Update.

Please feel free to keep working during the update. When it's finished, check the Banking menu again for the missing transaction. It's likely in the For review section.

Otherwise, manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file. The step by step instructions are included in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once you have all the transactions in the For review tab, you can start categorizing and matching them. Then, reconcile the account when you're ready.

You can check out these guides to help you with the process:

Another option, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
