My transactions for my credit card account are not auto populating. Has anyone figured out how to fix this problem? I have no pending transactions and I haven't filtered my search.

May I know which specific bank you've connected to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE)? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution.

In the meantime, I suggest refreshing the connection to download the latest transactions. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Choose Bank accounts.
3. Click Refresh All button. 
4. You can do this 2 or 3 times.
