You may encounter errors in syncing your bank to QuickBooks Self-Employed if the bank is having system issues. You'll want to check with US Bank to verify.
In addition, we can refresh the banking to help in bringing in the transactions. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank accounts. Then, tap Refresh all. This also helps in resyncing the connection between the two systems.
