My wife and I are both real estate agents. Can we both share Simple Start? Also, we have rental properties. Can we use it for that too?

Welcome to the Community space. QuickBooks Online Simple Start includes a single user plus one accountant. Though, you can upgrade your plan to increase your user limit and invite more people to use QuickBooks. If you're ready, here's how to upgrade.

Retail properties usually set up class tracking. By using class tracking, you can assign expenses to a specific class(property). That way, you can see not only the income by each property but also the expenses that you're incurring for each property.
