I'm here to share some information on how to contact our QuickBooks Support. However, I also added troubleshooting steps that might help you fix your issue about accessing your bank account.
You can perform basic troubleshooting on your browser to check if it's a browser issue or not. Please open your QuickBooks Online account through incognito, and try to access again your bank account.
To use a private browser, here’s how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
If it works, you can clear the cache on your browser to delete some outdated files that cause some errors when using your QuickBooks Online account.
If the issue persists, you can contact our QuickBooks Support for them to open your account in a safe environment. In that way, they can check the cause of the error when accessing your bank account.
