I'm here to help you delete your data and have a fresh start in QuickBooks Online. Once you do this process, you can no longer retrieve all the information entered into the system.
As long as your account aged is less than 60 days, you can use the purge option. However, that'll only work if you're using QuickBooks Online Essentials or Plus.

To resolve this, if you are using a trial version you can delete the transactions manually and disconnect your banks first. Then you can re-create another company with the same log in credentials. However, if you have already paid for the subscription, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team to to handle the payments and verify the account.
